Upon purchasing your resume package, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your Initial Intake Interview with the team. The interview is conducted by phone, and typically lasts 50-70 minutes. During that time, we will discuss your background, challenges, skill set, and target opportunities in depth and set our strategy for moving forward. Payment is required upfront and in-full for all projects. Following the call, the turnaround time for the initial documents is 5-7 business days. We are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Unfortunately, we cannot provide weekend appointments at this time. You can learn more about our process here.

All documents are delivered in fully formatted PDF and editable Word formats. All work is done via phone and email. The final product is delivered via email, at which point you will have a chance to provide your feedback and work together through the revision process. Two rounds of revisions are included in all resume packages. We are available throughout the process if you have questions, or wish to send supplemental materials, such as target job opportunities, notes, supporting documents, etc.

You can upgrade your resume package within 6 months of purchase for the difference in the package price.

All information shared with Canna Career Partners is kept strictly confidential. The Initial Intake Interview is an information gathering discussion and not a formal interview. As such, we strive to create an open, welcoming, and confidential environment in which to share your interests, experiences, and skill set.

We present a final product that reflects our knowledge and expertise and that we believe to be the best solution for your situation. There are many variables in the job search process that are outside of our control. But we do guarantee that we will work with you through the revisions process until we have a finalized product that meets your needs and makes you feel confident.

Please allow a 60-day window following completion of the process to gauge results. At that point, if you feel the response rate is less than expected, we will do a follow-up review of the materials based on the frequency and roles you’ve applied to. Refund requests will only be considered after completion of the revisions process and follow-up review.

All documents go through a comprehensive proofing process. However, clients are responsible for ensuring the final and complete accuracy of the documents.

Payment is required in full in order to book an appointment. All major credit and debit cards are accepted via secure checkout.

We have flexible payment options available at checkout through our partner Affirm.

All Resume Writing and Coaching packages are good for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. This means that all calls, drafts, feedback, and revisions must be completed within this time period. After the initial 6 month period expires, all writing additional work (including revisions and updates) will be billed at our hourly consulting rate.

• Resume packages are non-refundable.
• A refund may be granted if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• We cannot provide refunds for missed appointments or cancellations.
• We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a resume package. Packages may be transferrable to another individual (some restrictions apply).
